The Kubota Dealer Certification Program is focused on building and managing top-of-the-line dealerships. The program sets standards for quality customer service and proper representation of the Kubota brand. Dealers who meet all requirements and go above and beyond are recognized as Kubota Elite Dealers, the highest level of recognition within the program.

The Elite Dealer Award of Excellence is the company's most prestigious dealership certification and designation. It was created by Kubota's senior leadership team and its National Dealer Advisory Board to recognize dealers who provide customers with the ultimate Kubota experience. This includes top-quality equipment, outstanding sales and financing, customer satisfaction, and best-in-class service.

Unique to the program is its criteria for designation, which includes 17 core elements that are essential for a dealership's longevity, segment growth, and overall business success. These elements fall into five categories: customer experience, financial operations, sales and marketing, building brand value, and service.
