Toohill Seed & Beef Service in Clinton, Illinois, doesn’t have a slow season anymore.

A family-owned business ingrained in their surrounding community, they’re often busy—raising cattle and hogs, selling beef and pork directly, or managing their hay business.

“Because we’re so busy, what seems like the little stuff really adds up,” James Toohill shared. “We like Birkey’s service, because they’re always willing to figure out what we need.”

When a tractor parked by the creek flooded out, James says Birkey’s was instrumental in helping them figure out solutions. “Birkey’s helped us tremendously with the flooded equipment, but even before… if stuff breaks, I can send in photos and they’ll save me a trip, anticipating what I’ll need.”
