Case IH RD series rotary disc headers offer quality cutting at uncompromising speed in tough crop conditions with minimum maintenance.

Case IH Rotary Disc Headers are built for durability, easy maintenance, and flexibility to meet your demanding needs. Two model options are available for small operations as well as large-scale commercial growers. Compatible with Case IH Windrowers, the RD165 is compatible with the WD2105 and the RD195 is compatible with the WD2505.

Compatible with the WD2105 and WD2505, the RD165 has a wide cutting width. Its rubber chevron rolls are perfect for legume-type crops in low-humidity climates.

Features may include:

• Individually sealed bearings, gears and lubricant – damage or contamination to one disc doesn't spread to another

• Complete gear lubrication, even when cutting on slopes or at an angle

• Austempered discs for extra hardness and durability in punishing conditions

• Protective liner in the hood helps reduce rock damage

• Heavy-duty gears and cross shafts

• Individual modules protected from impact damage by a shock hub

• RD5 headers include a 3-year cutterbar warranty
